How the trial and billing work: a card is required to start. The one-time setup fee is charged at checkout. The 14-day trial applies to your monthly plan: your first monthly payment is taken when the trial ends, then monthly, unless you cancel before the trial ends. To cancel, just email us. On AI plans we alert you by WhatsApp and email at 80% and at 100% of your monthly AI replies (once each per billing cycle). At 100% the assistant switches to simple keyword replies, so customers are never left without a reply, and we offer you an upgrade.

Will it make up prices?

No. It quotes only from the price list you approve. If something isn't on it, it says a person will confirm and passes the enquiry to you.

What about customer data and privacy?

Conversations are used only to answer your customers and send you leads. We don't sell data or use it for anyone else, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.

How long does setup take?

You fill a short form (services, prices, hours, FAQs). We usually have your trial assistant ready within a few working days, and you approve it before it goes live.
